Position: Full Time Mon-Fri 8.45am-5.15pm Location: Lilydale Start: End Feb 2010
They are seeking a dynamic, proactive person with excellent communication and organisational skills to join their team of accounting and financial planning professionals.
The successful applicant must possess a demonstrated knowledge in all areas of working in an accounting and taxation office environment including: • liaising with clients • providing administrative support to the accountants • maintaining workflow processes • dealing with queries from the ATO • lodging electronic returns via ELS • electronic distribution of mail • relieving reception duties as and when required.
Essential requirements are: • high level administration skills • strong bookkeeping knowledge • good computer skills with proven abilities in all aspects of Microsoft Office software • electronic file management • loading and restoring electronic data files eg: MYOB, QuickBooks • excellent telephone manner and oral communication skills • a high standard of personal presentation.
