| Order Entry Clerk / Customer Service The Company: Northern Suburbs manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of commercial cleaning products and accessories, office / factory cleaning and sanitation supplies. Working in a modern office environment, a person is required with accurate numerical and alpha data entry skills. The role will suit a mature minded, friendly, helpful and customer service focused person with a flair for building rapport with customers and colleagues. You must be committed and reliable. The Job: • Data entry and processing incoming orders • Generate picking slips and delivery dockets • Invoicing • Manage back-orders • Assist with telephone sales and enquiries • Monthly statements • Filing and other general ad hoc administration support as required The person: • Effective communication is vital to this role; fluent written and verbal English is essential • High level data entry accuracy and attention to detail is essential • Enthusiastic, practical thinking, use commonsense, be down to earth and professional in your approach • Have the competency to take ownership and responsibility for your role • Able to work independently and also in a team environment • Punctual, reliable, good work ethic • Self motivated with a can-do attitude Hours: 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook. Training will be provided on in-house computer system. Salary: $36,000 to $38,000 + Super depending on skills and experience.
