| Legal Bookkeeper / Administration The Company: Small friendly law firm in the Eastern Suburbs. You will enjoy working in a friendly, cooperative and harmonious team, undertaking a variety of tasks. The job is Monday to Friday, with approximately 3-4 days per week bookkeeping and the balance undertaking general office administration tasks. The role will suite a professional, friendly, outgoing and bubbly team player; it will be advantageous that you have a good working knowledge of Locus software and previously worked in a law firm undertaking trust accounting. Overview: • Trust Accounting • Invoicing • Accounts Payable and Receivable • Trial Balance, Balance Sheet • Monthly Financial Ledgers • Account Reconciliations • BAS preparation • Payroll, Superannuation, WorkCover for 8 to 10 staff • Assist with Filing / Archiving • Adhoc clerical and administrative tasks • Liaise with clients as necessary Hours: 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 + Super depending on skills and experience. Software: Locus, Excel, Word and Email. Parking: Is provided.
