| Operations Manager The Company: A long established Furniture Removal\Logistics Company based in the South Eastern Suburbs - providing Local & Interstate residential and commercial relocations, New furniture logistics as well as specialised transport services. You will preferably have experience in the furniture removal industry including quoting for general transportation, household removals and commercial relocations. The person: • Down to earth • Experience in the transport and/or removal industry • Neat and tidy presentation, professional at all times • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills • Team player • Flexible attitude - a hands-on approach when required The job: • Managing a small workforce in Victoria, NSW and Queensland • Fleet allocations and maintenance • Building robust systems and procedures to ensure excellent customer service. • Maintaining OH&S, and other regulatory requirements • A fork lift licence and heavy truck licence an advantage This position will provide the right applicant a secure future with the ability to become an integral part of the company and the growth it is experiencing. Salary: Negotiable depending on skills, experience and performance, but in the range of $60K to $65 + Super, with a performance review after the probationary period.
