| Internal & Telesales / Customer Service The Company: Long established wholesalers of food manufacturing equipment, spare parts plus a wide range of food manufacturing accessories and consumables. Location: North Coburg. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 4.30pm. (No weekend work) Salary: In the range of $50K to $55K + Super, depending on skills and experience + Bonus + generous Commissions after the probation period. Overview: Due to an increase in business, an additional person is needed for their team. • Internal Sales • Customer Service • Follow-up sales • Telesales • Telemarketing This is a great opportunity for a person with previous experience in a similar role. (Product training will be provided). Excellent phone skills is essential for this role. N.B. The company is not near public transport; therefore your own transportation to get to/from work is essential. Overview: • Take calls from customers, assist with enquiries, promote the product range of machinery, accessories and consumables to Food industry clients • Prepare proposals • Process orders and generate invoices • Maintain detailed notes in CRM system, tracking sales enquiries and telesales follow up lists • Telesales / Telemarketing • Additional duties as they arise Personal attributes • Neat and tidy presentation • Organisational skills • Excellent phone manner.
