| Bookkeeper / Administration The Company: Long established food importer and wholesaler; supplying delis, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Location: Moorabbin. The role will suit a friendly and dedicated person with strong MYOB computer skills; a person who can work in a team and also autonomously. Flexibility and adaptability is the key. The job: This is a varied and interesting job encompassing a wide range of accounts, clerical and administration tasks. • Banking - Debtors control (in-house software) • General Ledger entries (MYOB) • Accounts Reconciliations • Credit Application processing • Payment of Creditors • BAS collation of data • Data Archiving • Other adhoc clerical and accounts tasks • Basic understanding of HR & Payroll processing would be useful but not essential Hours: 9am to 5pm. Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 (depending on skills and experience) + Super + other benefits The person: • A proven track record working in a similar role • Fluent written and spoken English • Good head for figures • Have the competency to take ownership and responsibility for your role • Punctual, reliable, good work ethic • Self motivated with a can-do attitude Computer skills: Must be competent in MYOB, Word, Excel and Outlook.
