Administration Support for a Chartered Accounting firm in the CBD

MV Anderson & Co Our client is a 5 Partner Chartered Accounting firm in the CBD close to trams and trains.

They wish to welcome a suitably experienced Administration Support person to join their friendly team.

It is highly essential that you have previously worked for an Accounting firm and possess HandiSoft software experience.

8.45am to 5.15pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Salary: $ 55,000 + Super (depending on skill and experience).

Software: Word, Excel, Outlook, HandiSoft: HandiLedger, Time & Billing  

Sneak Peek:
  • Collations for Accountants including Activity Statements, Tax Returns, Financials, Minutes (sometimes via Share File/Client Portal to 3rd Parties)
  • Super Fund collations
  • Super Fund Year End preparation – Print Shareholding statements, dividend payments etc
  • Prepare, finalise and file invoices
  • Client Database Maintenance – New Client Forms, client info updating, and data entering in HandiSoft, engagement letters, file handovers, set up files etc
  • General Administration and ad hoc duties as required
  • Administrative support to a Partner as requested including appointment scheduling, general duties, email management and office organisation
