Located in Bayswater, our client is a wholly owned and operated Australian family business; a market leader in the production and supply of architecturally designed metal perforated products as used for commercial building facades, attractive fence lines and walkways, ceiling panels, indoor wall decoration etc.

We are seeking a well organised Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing and managing marketing campaigns to build the specifications of the Company’s unique products; a motivated self-starter that understands how to effectively use various marketing channels to take the business to the next level.

This is a stable long term job opportunity, Monday to Friday;
Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm (with some flexibility available to start/finish times)
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 + Super (depending on skills and experience) + full entitlements  

Responsibilities of the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator include:

  • Website SEO and Google ad words
  • Manage Social Media accounts an digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and manage monthly email blast and blog post
  • Manage Website SEO ranking
  • Book architectural appointments for field representatives
  • Maintain regular contact with target architects
  • Obtain design requests and products specifications
  • Follow-up phone calls with architects from warm contact leads provided by the Lead Generator
  • Respond to Website and email enquiries with the required information
  • Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings

  Skills required:

  • At least four to five years experience in a similar role and be totally up to date with current Digital and Social Media platforms
  • Management experience (in this instance, supervising one junior Marketing Officer / Lead Generator)
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Proactive and motivated
  • Australian Residency with full work rights
