We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our team in Clayton!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

The ideal candidate is a smart, digital media specialist with between 2 - 3 years experience who can take our digital and social media capabilities and insights - and your career - to the next level.

The Role:

  • Social media updates, advertising and monitoring: creating and publishing content for our website and social media channels through Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to increase customer engagement
  • Deliver cost effective marketing strategies and digital campaigns to maximise results across all digital channels
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to achieve desired outcomes, including EDM strategy and direction, social budgets and other untapped opportunities within social and influencer networks.
  • A keen interest in digital, online and social media with a strong technical understanding of online platforms and digital advertising (experience in MailChimp or similar is recommended)
  • Develop a company-wide loyalty and rewards program with the Marketing Manager, specifically targeted to our respective target market segments
  • Develop long-term strategic plans focusing on customer lifetime value and loyalty/retention program
  • Passion for e-Commerce & ways to increase sales conversions
  • High level of attention to detail when proofing (spelling, disclaimers, products advertised etc)
  • Heavy involvement in Local Area Marketing campaigns, catalogue production and other ad hoc tasks where required.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in producing modern and creative content
  • Ability to priorities and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to be a quick learner, resilient and reliable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative flair and ability to think of fresh ideas
  • A team player who is flexible and adaptable
  • Proven graphic design skills with knowledge of Adobe CC - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and exposure to Google Analytics will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Digital agency experience an advantage
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in a Marketing discipline, with exposure to advertising or graphic design highly desirable
  • Must have comprehensive understanding of Microsoft software applications especially excel
  • Hold an Australian Drivers License
