Currently seeking a Team Administrator for a National client located in Sydney's Inner West. You will play a valuable part of the team as they undertake a large project merging their database. 

Ideal Candidates will possess: 

  • Previous experience using Salesforce highly desirable
  • Experience with Mail Merge 
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team 
  • Previous experience in merging a database 
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service 
  • Previous experience in invoicing

Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage and troubleshoot ongoing support requests and administrative needs
  • Keep team informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients and visitors to achieve business objectives
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Train others on how to utilize the different Salesforce platform
