Your role

As the right hand to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of this large office space. You will thrive in a team environment and be happy to take on any task which may come your way, whether that be preparing for meetings and events, dealing with client enquiries or simply ordering stationery. A great can-do attitude and willingness to throw yourself into your work will make this your perfect position.

Daily activities

  • Order stationery and office consumables
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Format presentations and documents
  • Assist with event organisation
  • Provide client support
