Permanent- Part Time, Fixed Term Maternity Leave Relief, Expected 6 month minimum, Kiama Location- School Hours.

Kiama Community College Inc. is a volunteer managed, community based adult education provider with campuses in Kiama and Shoalhaven.  We offer a range of accredited training and general interest courses.

Applications are invited for the position of Receptionist at our Kiama campus. This is a maternity leave relief position.

The position will be 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am 3pm. This role is key to providing friendly, professional customer service as well as administrative support. 

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries in person and over the phone and handle course enrolments and payments, direct calls and prepare training rooms as well as providing administrative functions such as preparation of course folders and ensuring accurate financial balance reports for the Accounts Manager.

To be considered for this role you MUST have:

  • Well developed administration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Friendly manner & flexible approach
  • Strong ability to multi task
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

It is desirable for applicants to also have:

  • Experience working in an RTO environment using a student management system.
