The position

The Adolescent Violence Practitioner is a Full Time, Permanent role based at our  Cheltenham site. The position is responsible for providing specialist responses to adolescent violence and family violence to promote the wellbeing of young people and their families.

The Adolescent Violence Practitioner provides case management to young people and their families through a range of modalities.   A typical day in the life of this position includes: conducting home visits in the Bayside Peninsula region,facilitating group sessions, undertaking case noting and participating in peer supervision.
