We are at the leading edge of design, application of technology and brand management in the industry.

Due to our recent growth and strategic planning we are seeking to build our Sales team with the addition of a sales operations focused go-getter. The Australasian Sales Services Officer will have the opportunity to support the Sales team across channels and markets throughout Australasia with exposure to projects and key industry partners.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication and technical skills to bring together support tools for sales force enablement. This role will have high levels of engagement across the departments of marketing, communications and product ranging.

The Australasian Sales Services Officer is expected to be hands on and lead by example with responsibility for coordination and administrative services in support of the Australasian Sales Teams.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the day to day sales operations of the business
  • Partner with Australasian Brand, Marketing, Communications and Product Development departments to drive execution of marketing and promotional activity 
  • Assisting with 'in market' insight gathering
  • Coordination of new product sell-in plans
  • Maintenance and reporting of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Developing processes and strategies designed to optimise sales outcomes
  • Preparing Sales team expense claims
  • Monitor cost centre budgeted items
  • Maintaining close relationships with key customers including some direct customer liaison
  • Compilation and maintenance of key account reports and end of month sales reports
  • Completion of tender documentation and customer quotations
  • Responsibility for arrangements for corporate hospitality
  • Undertake projects as directed

  • Broad understanding and appreciation of the diverse target markets
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Budget monitoring and reporting skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude 
  • Proficient in MS suite of products with emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop processes to handle complex administrative reporting requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills


Based out of Blundstone's HQ in Hobart, Tasmania, this role reports to the Assistant Australasian Sales Executive. A compelling remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate. We are looking for an immediate start.
