Position overview

Reporting to the Head of Actuarial, you will be assisting the executive management team with reporting new business value and embedded value.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head of Actuarial in the co-ordination and reporting of the companys new business value and embedded value each month
  • Develop and manage processes to ensure integrity, accuracy and analysis of value metrics and their movement
  • Being involved in business planning projections
  • Responding to business requests for insights and analysis to assist internal stakeholders
  •  Enable business decision making by delivering valuable insights

Requirements:

  • FIAA or equivalent academic qualification
  • In depth understanding of risk products and the life insurance industry
  • Experience in embedded value or valuation roles
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  •  Excellent communication skills including board level report writing and verbal communication
