We are currently seeking a proactive, hardworking and motivated individual to join our team.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

Specialised Health is a remote business, with approx. 25-30 staff working as mobile Exercise Physiologists in various locations across the country. Our admin team works to support these Exercise Physiologists. We offer flexible working arrangements: 

*Work from a shared office space with our Admin Manager in Norwest Business Park
*Manly Beach office, across the road from Manly wharf, in a fun office space. Close to local cafes/ restaurants
*Work from home

Part time hours or full time hours can be discussed. We are looking for the RIGHT person for the role. We will accept applications for those who can offer between 24 - 40 hours / week.

- Tech savvy & confident in using & managing new systems/programs/websites

THE ROLE

This role is dynamic and will evolve over time therefore a varied task description requiring adaptability and flexibility is part of the role and it needs to be considered whether this is the best fit for you. The right person will be able to forge a role within the company which they are responsible for and which they can use as a platform from which they can build a larger role for themselves within the business. 

Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Entering and managing patient referrals received by the business
- Managing day to day tasks for all Exercise Physiologists (staff) who work remotely 
- Managing and maintaining the patient database (CRM) 
- Monthly invoicing and Company reporting
- Liaising with outside parties including health professionals and insurers
- Assisting with development of customer presentations (Powerpoint skills required), prospectuses and other marketing material 
- Researching / collating information
- Managing / building data logs re patient / customer information (Excel skills required)

Previous work experience with a Rehab Provider / Work Conditioning Company is preferred.
