Production Administrator

Titan Australia, a Titan International Group Company, is the largest integrated provider of tyres, wheels, undercarriage components and associated services in Australia, supplying and servicing the Original Equipment and Aftermarket requirements of the Industrial, Mining, Construction, Earthmoving, Transport, Agricultural, Recreational and general consumer off the road (OTR) markets.

Job Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Production Administrator is responsible for providing effective and efficient support to the wheel and undercarriage production, sales and service divisions at our Muswellbrook location.

Whilst experience in a similar role will be highly regarded we are also interested in hearing from candidates with a strong administration background and a can do attitude to learning new procedures quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide high level service to staff, clients and visitors in a professional and timely manner in line with Titans policies, procedures and processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a changing workload
  • Friendly and outgoing disposition
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for providing excellent sales service
  • Process Service, Sales and Production orders
  • Support OHS compliance and on-site inductions via safety management system
  • Training facilitation including OHS
  • Manage data, statistics and collate information to enable the compilation of relevant reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required

Position Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an administrative or related role
  • High level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills to engage with a wide range of people, including supervisors, staff, clients and stakeholders
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • English language competency, both oral and written
  • Advanced word processing and computing skills in Windows systems, particularly Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective organisational and time management skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to actively contribute towards achieving Titans overall strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities

Specific Qualifications

  • Current C or A class drivers license

Desirable Qualifications

  • Cert III Business desirable (Traineeship available for experienced but unqualified applicant)
  • First Aid HLTAID003
