About the role

As the Manager Loyalty Platforms, you will design, develop and lead the customer loyalty programs (Suncorp Benefits and AAMI Lucky Club).

You’ll drive registration and ongoing usage of rewards by working with 1:1, brand and digital media teams to activate the reward audience framework and experiences. 

You’ll develop the roadmap of program features and enhancements to the reward platforms to drive high reward usage, as well as lead project funding submissions and work with the  cross-functional team to deliver platform objectives.

More specifically you will

  • Design, develop and lead the customer loyalty programs (Suncorp Benefits and AAMI Lucky Club).
  • Drive registration and ongoing usage of rewards by working with 1:1 and digital media teams to activate the audience framework and experiences. 
  • Design, develop and implement the platform program features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with loyalty and digital best practice.
  • Partner with customer strategy to develop strategic approach for future phases of the loyalty platforms.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cross channel campaigns to drive initial login and ongoing engagement to increase active users.
  • Work with brand and marketing to embed loyalty in 1:1, brand campaigns and digital activity.
  • Lead the execution overall roadmap for loyalty including tactical and strategic solutions.
  • Develop audience framework and triggers, partnering with strategy to develop personalised reward offers using lifestage, interest and behavioural data.
  • Manage project funding including submission briefs for funding release.
  • Develop, deliver and implement defined initiatives to drive lift in new business and retention.
  • Track financial benefits of the programs and report them in senior forums. Develop insights on reward behaviour, including recency, frequency and monetary value of reward segments.
  • Manage the partner promotional calendar and collaborate with the partnerships team to identify and onboard new partners

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in customer loyalty is needed
  • Experience in 1:1 and digital is desirable
  • Proven and demonstrable leadership, management and motivational skills
  • Skilled ability to contribute to and understand strategic perspectives, and translate to tactical actions
  • Skilled ability to perform synthesis and analysis working at the conceptual level
  • Ability to interpret customer insights from data, analytics and research and create action orientation plans and outcomes
  • Strong project management capability
