A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Eternal Bridal Sydney boutique as Second in Charge (2IC). Eternal Bridal is recently been awarded as The Wedding Business of the Year 2018. With boutiques located both in Sydney and Melbourne, we are highly regarded in our service, professionalism and vision for the business.

At Eternal Bridal it is our passion to bring the dream wedding dress to our brides-to-be while ensuring they have a magical experience along the journey. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality products with excellent customer service at all times.

We are currently looking for an experienced bridal sales consultant in assisting our manager to lead the team in our beautiful Strand Arcade boutique.  Previous bridal experience and retail management experience is highly regarded. Garment construction knowledge is not a must, but would be preferred.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in bridal / high-end fashion retail
  • Minimum 2 years experience in personalized service, ie: hotel management, wedding planning, events planning  
  • Dedication to drive the sales whilst maintaining highest level of customer service  
  • Highly self-motivated and success driven
  • Highly level of professionalism with can do and positive attitude
  • Well groomed and passionate about fashion with an outstanding styling skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A patient person and great listener with great problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, warm and attentive personality
  • Must be able to work in high-paste and dynamic environment
  • You must be a permanent resident in Australia
  • Sound computer skills
  • Full time, able to work all retail hours including weekends (Saturdays compulsory and Sunday on rotation)

 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Working closely with manager in running the day to day operation ie: banking, cash handling, deliveries, stock inventory, ironing, etc
  • Managing clients ie: styling, taking measurements, ordering, quality assurance, problem solving
  • Achieving monthly sales target ie: ensuring  personal KPIs are met and help other team members as required
  • Events organising ie: expos, sales events, etc
  • Liaising alteration with contractor ie: seamstress
  • Administration ie: stock ordering; improve store procedures, meeting agendas
