The Opportunity

Busy Bees Australia are seeking a passionate Service Manager for our New Lambton Early Learning Centre. As a Service Manager, you love to lead, inspire staff and provide mentoring and support. You love to build relationships with families and the local community and ensure your centre delivers service excellence. You will oversee formal performance evaluations, staff scheduling, all elements of centre enrollment process and other centre operations to maintain smooth functioning.

Qualifications and experience required:

Previous at least 3 years experience in leading a high quality centre is preferred. Experience in achieving targets and working to compliance standards. A successful candidate will also have experience in managing, leading and developing a team of professional educators. High level of administration and organisation skills, experience with business management, finance and staffing is essential together with the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • National Police Clearance Certificate;
  • Current Working with Children Card;
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework.
