About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and impact orientated Program Manager to lead the Eleven’s expansion strategy for 2019 by way of creating seamless and memorable experiences for all involved 

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

  • Planning, developing and implementing strategies to meet program objective
  • Determining and assisting Kaplan marketing team to implement strategic marketing campaigns
  • Help drive the performance of program sales targets by providing any assistance that might be require
  • Manage the Eleven cohort including contractors and strategic partners
  • Act as the ‘face’ of the Eleven program; proactively seeking opportunities to create a superior experience for both the staff and the cohort. 
  • Taking proactive action to redirect activity and effort, based on qualitative data, to achieve program objectives
  • Running the logistics of the program with ease (nationally) and internationally if required
  • Overseeing and managing the regional program governance model; acting as the regional representative on the Global Governance Council
  • Attending and supporting program & sales related activities including conferences, training, offsites

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be adaptive and agile, highly motivated and curious. In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • A creative and independent self-starter with a proven ability to run seamless program experiences
  • An outstanding and passionate communicator who can act as ‘experience’ spokesperson 
  • Highly refined creativity skills where you can take a ‘normal’ process and turn it into something ‘extraordinary’
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure 
  • Ability to work autonomously, or part of a wider team, with high self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong self management across time management and administration activities
  • Unrelenting passion for delivery of every element of the role
  • Strong belief in ‘leadership’ as a foundational construct to drive performance in any organisation
  • Creatively restless 
  • Someone who believes near enough is not good enough.
  • Degree in Education, English or a Human Resources related field (preferred) but not mandated
  • 5+ years experience in education, customer service or logistics
  • Proven experience in creating and packaging tailored solutions 

It is a requirement of all Kaplan employees to complete a National Police Check and hold a valid Working with Children Check in your relevant state. All costs will be covered by the employer.
