Uniting College for Leadership & Theology exists to develop life-long disciples and effective leaders for a healthy, missional church, who are passionate, Christ-centred, highly skilled and mission-orientated practitioners.  We offer a range of ways to learn and grow as a person and as a leader: through accredited course providers Adelaide College of Divinity and Finders University and also through non-accredited courses for the Uniting Church.

Uniting College is seeking a Post Graduate Studies Coordinator to provide leadership in post-graduate studies, particularly in the Adelaide College of Divinity Master and Doctor of Ministry programmes and Flinders University Post Graduate Theology programmes.

Possessing an active lively Christian faith, the Post Graduate Studies Coordinator will contribute in the development of leaders who have an advanced knowledge and understanding of God's mission in the world by way of teaching, supervision, course advice and course development.

The Post Graduate Studies Coordinator will be able to encourage others in personal faith and discipleship and be a good communicator and teacher.  A doctorate in a discipline relevant to ministry is required as is the ability to supervise PhD students.

The Post Graduate Studies Coordinator will report to the Principal. 

This is a part time (0.7 FTE) appointment and in accordance with the Uniting Church in Australia Regulations the Ministerial Stipend and allowances will apply if the successful applicant is a Minister of the Word or Deacon.
