An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our Queensland Sales team looking after our Central and North Queensland clients. If you want to work Monday to Friday, keeping the weekend free for leisure, then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but is not limited to:

  • Establish and develop relationships and promote company image with key clients
  • Proactively promote company image, products and services to preferred and targeted prospective clients
  • Monitor client and market requirements and update database
  • Review service & performance standards against expectations with clients
  • Sell the full suite of AWN products and services
  • Plan and implement a strategy to develop sustainable growth and profit, and meet or exceed targets
  • Keep self-knowledge up to date with current product range and any modifications in order to meet compliance requirements.

    The key skills required for this role include the following:
  • Sales experience
  • Proven ability to deliver on agreed business targets
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Punctuality
