Office Assistant / Accounts Person

Position available is for Office / Accounts person, MUST have experience in MYOB Account Right.

Duties include:

  • Entering air conditioner call-outs into system
  • Cash handling / Petty cash
  • Banking and daily bank reconciliation
  • Answering phones and follow ups with customers and suppliers
  • Payroll / Super
  • End of month and daily reconciliations
  • Word / Excel - Standard skills
  • Typing of quotes, letters and compiling price lists
  • Sales experience in showroom (customer service both over the phone and in person)
  • PAYG
  • BAS
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Purchasing of stock and parts
  • General office duties

Position is for 2 days a week and holiday / sick relief with immediate start.

Must be a quick learner as there will be a lot of product knowledge to learn.
