Reporting to the Accreditation Manager and working in a friendly team of 3, you will be providing support to Business Managers within the Toyota Dealerships, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders groups including Dealer Account Mangers and Trainers. Your team is responsible for supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of an accreditation framework.
 
Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring that finance & insurance managers (Business Managers) within Toyota Financial Services dealer Network are all accredited in conformity with legislative standards and Toyota Finance Australia’s (TFAL) risk appetite
  • Processing of applications to ensure regulatory & TFS policies are met and completed with accuracy & within SLA's
  • Processing the ongoing review of these accreditation processes
  • Compliance support with the on-boarding processes for Business Managers
  • Supporting the review and continuous development of accreditation strategy, systems, processes and policies.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

  • High level of attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong customer service / communication style
  • Background working in a fast paced, high volume, regulated environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)

Advantageous if you have the following experience:

  • An understanding of ASIC regulatory requirements
  • Experience / exposure to Insurance products and services
  • Previous experience in Banking / Auto Finance Industry
  • Experience/exposure to Accreditation, Quality Assurance or compliance functions
