We are currently going through very exciting times at AIA Australia, and due to a recent acquisition (pending regulartory approvals)we require an experienced Business Analyst to support our Innovation team.

  • Solid skill set that is not primarily IT focused, part of the work will be the change of Product / Servicing collateral.

Start date & Duration: 6 month contract opportunity

Location: Sydney work effectively remotely or from multiple sites as required (Sydney CBD, Homebush)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit requirements (as required) using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and viewpoints.
  • Support the development of business solutions that addresses all defined Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings with SMEs and team members to analyse and refine (or design) the end state detailed solutions and processes.

Minimum/preferred Job Requirements:

  • Business Analysis in the Financial Services Sector
  • Wealth Management Experience (Esp. Life Insurance, Superannuation or Investments)
  • Analysing Stakeholders business objectives and developing solutions to their business issues
  • Experience / skills with integration and organizational change / transformation of teams / businesses
  • Experience in analysis and change of Product / Servicing collateral or content to meet compliance or brand guidelines
  • Experience working with business product owners and technical scrum teams
  • Use of Jira or similar project planning & tracking tools
