Benefits:

  • 6 month part time (2-4 days per week) temp contract
  • Working between multiple locations in the Bankstown area
  • Attractive hourly rate approx. $30-$32ph + super

About the Role:

This is a part time role working between 2 teams/locations. The role will start as 4 days a week between 2 locations, then dropping down to 2 days a week in the one location after the first 3 months.

  • Processing development applications (acknowledgements)
  • Sending notifications to local residents
  • Responding to enquires from local residents via both phone and email
  • Providing a high level of administration support to the team
  • Ensuring all databases are accurately maintained
  • Records management - using TRIM
  • Navigating a number of databases/systems

About you:

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, switched-on individual who has strong attention to detail and the ability to think on their feet.

  • Experience within administration
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work - fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Software experience preferred (TRIM and TechOne)
