You will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing accounts through the identification of up selling and cross selling opportunities, within accounts, resolving customer issues and maintaining regular contact with existing clients.

Duties to include but are not limited to;

  • To up sell new products and services in the existing client base
  • To grow existing business within your portfolio
  • To deliver an agreed revenue target for the calendar year (or pro-rated as from date of commencement)
  • To provide excellent sales and service support to customers
  • Design, sell and implement conferencing solutions into key customers, industries or associations
  • To achieve all KPIs and Targets as agreed
  • Maintaining and growing a portfolio of customers through account management and the promotion of audio, web and video conferencing products & services
  • Providing superior sales and service support to customers
  • Developing audio, video and data conferencing solutions that assist customers to grow their businesses
  • Achieving an agreed set of Personal Objectives & financial targets.

You will have the following skills and experience,

  • Ability to research new opportunities as a fundamental KPI requirement
  • Project Management skills
  • Analytical skills & well organised
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including articulate phone manner
  • Highly motivated and motivated to achieve to targets
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a BDM or Sales executive level position 
  • Highly desirable: experience in the telecommunications industry - Salesforce experience would be highly advantageous.
