You will be required to:-


Assist with general office support and duties

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members

Greet customers and assist them with enquiries and/or product selection

Enter invoices/payables into MYOB

Enter customer details into the database

Liaise with onsite and office staff, customers and clients

Assist with installation scheduling

Book accommodation and travel arrangements

Processing credit card/EFT payments

Ordering consumables and stationery

Book freight consignments

Maintain Registers

Assist with WHS documentation




Proven experience in similar role in a small to medium office environment

Intermediate office and outlook skills

High attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal skills

Organisational and time management skills

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Ability to problem solve and work autonomously

A sense of humour


Preferred Experience:-


The below knowledge and skills will be an advantage but are not essential:


Experience and/or knowledge of WHS requirements within the construction industry

Experience with MYOB AccountRight
