About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.You will be responsible for the development of our marketing and sales objectives as well as making recommendations to contribute to the global strategic plans of the business. Your passion and enthusiasm coupled with your depth of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications and team leadership will bring creative ideas and solutions to grow our business. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and implementing the sales and marketing plan including transparent scheduling of activities for the business
  • Directing the social media team to engage audiences across traditional and digital media
  • Data analysis and reaction to key changes/indicators
  • Website management/user experience improvements
  • Monitoring SEO key words and updating content/blogs as required
  • Researching and being up-to-date with current market trends to identify new opportunities for business development and growth
  • Preparing detailed reports on market analysis, performance, campaign results and competitor activities and providing recommendations to the CEO
  • Developing and achieving monthly lead acquisition targets within the allocated budget
  • Preparation, storage and distribution of all marketing and business development materials globally using established brand guidelines
  • Engaging with key clients through industry events and online communications
  • Managing a small team effectively to achieve all Sales and Marketing objectives

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or relevant field (desirable)
  • 3+ years marketing experience (must have both online and offline experience)
  • Exceptional writing, editing and analytics skills
  • High level skills and experience using MS Office and Adobe
  • Solid experience on all social media platforms, including Hootsuite
  • Strong team leadership skills and passion to drive new business opportunities
