Kelly Services is recruiting for a BusinessSupport Officer/Office Manager for one of our client based in Sydney CBD to work on a casual ongoing contract 3 days per week. The successful candidate will support a team of Analysts with general administration duties and the administration onboarding of new staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide timely, professional and efficient administrative support to committees including booking meeting venues, and liaising with external stakeholder organisations to obtain information
  • Support IT related projects
  • Provide timely, efficient operational and project administrative support including records and document management, preparation of complex reports, correspondence, briefings and supporting documents, ensuring compliance and protocols are met
  • Assist in the completion of travel arrangements including the preparation of itineraries, transport and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality where appropriate when communicating to Divisional staff and external stakeholders.

To be Successful, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Strong administration/business support experience in the public sector
  • Current and valid Baseline Clearance (Australian citizens only)
  • Sound organisational skills and time management, the capacity to undertake and complete several tasks concurrently,
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise judgement on sensitive matters associated with high level executive and project support.
  • Excellent communication skills
