Our client a leader within the education sector are embarking on a major transformation program to redesign the Research function and implement a new Research Management System.

To be suitable for this Transformation Manager role, experience as a researcher is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Research Management system Implementation 
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure a successfully delivery of the program change and communications
  • Taking accountability for complex negotiations and act as a mediator between the conflicting interests of different areas
  • Managed complex multiple-stakeholder relationships up to all levels
  • Provide leadership on change program to ensure framework, governance structure, policies, processes and systems

Key skills needed:

  • Ability engage high level stakeholders and demonstrated ability to work in a research environment
  • Delivery of business transformation programs within complex organisations
  • Experience within a Higher Education environment of program delivery
  • Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity and resilience on striving for goals
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Demonstrated experience in building and sustain collaborative relationships and partnerships
  • Change Implementation planning and management
