About the Role

RACQ focuses on meeting member needs and creating value for our members through our diverse product offerings. You will be responsible for the end to end process of the lending function which will involve conducting interviews and receiving and processing of applications. This position also makes recommendations for our CCI product and personal lending. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for insurance and Financial Planning referrals to meet all our members needs.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at our Brisbane CBD Contact Centre. The remuneration range is $48,885 - $53,135 + superannuation. The Contact Centre operates between 6am and 7:30pm, including weekends.

  • Assist in the growth of our mortgage and personal loan lending pipeline and portfolio
  • Completing end to end lending process
  • Making recommendations for CCI
  • Achieving set KPIs

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven work history in the banking or related industry in residential lending
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A strong compliance orientation
  • High attention to detail
