The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory Commonwealth agency. Our role is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. The NDIS will mean peace of mind for every Australian - for anyone who has, or might acquire, a disability.

The NDIA has a strong culture, driven by passion for the work we do and commitment to supporting people with disability to achieve greater independence. Our people are pioneering the management and delivery of the NDIS. We also aim to be world leaders in accessibility and inclusion, the employment of people with disability and people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

The idea of people with disability being supported to live an ordinary life is central to the work of the NDIS. Through reasonable and necessary supports, the NDIS is helping people live a life with the basic opportunities many Australians take for granted.

The State Learning and Development Lead will support the Agency in its transition to full Scheme roll out by supporting and developing the capability and skills of our employees in the regions. The successful candidate will support new and existing staff with their ongoing learning needs in a dynamic and evolving environment.

If these roles sound like the opportunity you are looking for, we want to hear from you! The NDIA provides a supportive work environment with access to great training and development opportunities and flexible working arrangements to meet your personal circumstances. You will be rewarded and recognised for your performance and have the satisfaction of knowing you work for an agency responsible for a world first disability service reform agenda.
