We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Supervisor to join our small & dynamic team. 

Located in the heart of the Margaret River region, Mikis Open Kitchen is a small and intimate venue where a passion for customer service and attention to detail is essential. You must be able to legally work and live in Australia, long term position (minimum of 1 year) only, and own transport required. This position is full time employment, 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, evening service only. Sponsorship opportunity after a minimum of 6 months work if you are the right person and get promoted to a higher position (Restaurant Manager)


The ideal candidate would meet these criteria

- previous experience in hospitality as a Supervisor or Manager
- good knowledge of Western Australia wine & food industry as well as fine dining service standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work in a fast pace and high-pressure work environment
- take extra care and pride in their work
- great time management skills and previous staff training experience
- positive attitude and good self-presentation
- RSA mandatory, Approved Manager a plus


You will also have the ability to assist the Restaurant Manager in duties such as but not limited to

- able to communicate with kitchen for daily menu change & printing
- organise menu tasting
- ordering and stocktake
- schedule planning, organizing special events and functions
- training front of house staff
- booking procedures
- work regular service and perform the role of the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
