Boutique HR and Recruitment company with waterfront offices in Drummoyne is looking for a dynamic Admin and Marketing coordinator to join our friendly corporate team. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Social media content and coordination 
  • Creating website blogs
  • Manage website updates
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Monthly eNewsletter
  • Minutes
  • Preparation of marketing/training material
  • Event management
  • Answering phones
  • Ad hoc admin duties


Personal Attributes:

  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills- Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Advantage design software- Canva/InDesign)
  • Experience with website CMS (Wordpress)- essential
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook campaign management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role
