About the Role

Manage the delivery of financial and performance reporting processes, providing analysis-based insight to create sustainable value for Ororas ANZ BSC, its partners and customers.

What will we expect from you in this role

  • Develop, manage and deliver Service Level data and reporting for the ANZ BSC. This will involve building a comprehensive reporting suite of key performance metrics through benchmarking, taking SLAs in to account and performing the required analysis.
  • Foster agile service management by collecting, analysing and summarising process and service issues and providing relevant, related information to senior management in the BSC, Business Groups and Corporate.
  • Work together with business users to gather facts and analyse improvement opportunities of operational processes and tools.
  • Manage the suite of documentation key to the delivery of services by the BSC, including but not limited to the SLAs, Process Maps, and SOPs.
  • Monitor performance cadence and adherence to the BSCs governance principles and charter, and identify performance issues.
  • Roll-out enabling technology that supports the performance management and reporting, and also promote the use of the technology within the BSC and out in to the business.
  • Analyse the financial data to manage the expenses of the BSC and to input in to the budgeting and forecasting of BSC costs.
  • Other support/advisory work for Transformation colleagues as required, including Change Management, Programme Management and Communications / Engagement teams.

What will you need to be successful

  • Demonstrated experience in performance and or service management roles with sharp commercial mind, strong business acumen and customer-centricity
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous experience working in finance / accounting ideally
  • Strong analysis and pattern recognition acrosslarge volumes of complex data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Experience of data collection and associated processes, or willingness to learn
  • Educated to degree level or evidence of higher education and relevant training
