What you'll be doing

Project-managing Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) Capital and Assets program of works from initial planning through to delivery, commissioning and occupancy.

  1. Relevant qualifications and demonstrated high level skills and experience in facilities Capital Planning and Project Management.
  2. Knowledge and experience of government directions, policies and procedures relating to capital and asset management, including that of appropriate legislation relevant to the position.
  3. Proven high level leadership and change management skills and capacity to build an effective project team.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to achieve a quality outcome.
  5. Computer literacy and experience with, Microsoft functions including excel, word and project and asset management systems.
  6. Demonstrated ability to identify occupational health and safety issues and design, implement and monitor strategies to address same.
  7. Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel long distances across the LHD in the course of employment, including overnight stays as required.
