The Role:

Our Sales and Project management  team based at Gosford have an opportunity for a fulltime office administrator.  The successful person will be responsible for providing effective, efficient and accurate administrative support to the Team.

Reporting to the General manager your role will involve but not limited to:

.         Working with liasing with council.

         Generating accurate reports as required 

         Co-Ordinating sales procedures and systems

         Supporting the business development manager in day to day duties and tasks

         Processing accurate recording of contract finishes and colours with clients.

To be considered for this position, you will have had previous experience in an administrative role, excellent report presentation skills, literacy and business writing skills, experience in Microsoft Office applications together with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
