Granite & Marble Fabricator is looking for an Office assitant to assist in the day to day duties of office administration. with an attractive salary package to the successful applicant, This role will be reporting directly to the Office Manager whilst working closely with directors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reception

- Banking

- Attending to Customer / Client queries

- Filing

- Liaising closely with Office Manager and Team Members in their day to day tasks

- General office duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- General Computer Skills - ( Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.)

- Drivers Licence essential

- Ability to work in a team as well as multi task

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Good Telephone Manner

- Experience in a similar office role preferred but not essential.
