The Company: We are a leading provider of water based heating and cooling solutions to the commercial HVAC market in Australia.

With over 90 years' experience, the products we bring to the HVAC market in Australia are world-class and sourced from some of the most progressive and technologically advanced manufacturers from around the world.

We then enhance these innovative solutions with the skills of our highly trained technical support team.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to support the Sales team and BDM’s by providing first class customer support achieved by assisting clients to meet their needs through quoting, processing orders, troubleshooting and providing technical support.

Responsibilities include:
  • Quoting on daily enquiries plus adjusting quotations as required
  • Answering incoming calls and other sales related calls as required
  • Providing First Class Customer and BDM support
  • Always providing accurate and detailed information when requested and ensure follow-up and any promises made are kept
  • Understand the product configuration; its benefits, the client’s needs in various situations and communicate these benefits to prospective end-users
  • Participate in meetings as required, including our monthly Sales meetings
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by: providing product & technical phone support; after-sales follow-up; coordinating visits for field-based BDM’s; assist customers to resolve issues; interacting with other team members
  • Other duties as required
  What you will bring:
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience providing technical support to customers
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience negotiating with decision makers and influences to help secure orders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills – quoting and CRM programs desirable
  What we can offer:  
  • A competitive rate ($60-70k + Super) depending on experience;
  • Hours: between8.00am to 5.00pm (working a 38 hour week);
