(Located in the Northern Suburbs); Internal Sales / Customer Service:

To be successful in this role, you will be required to support our customers and BDM’s by providing first class customer support. 

This will be achieved through answering calls and responding to communication by providing quotes, processing orders, troubleshooting and providing technical support (industry relevant technical training will be provided to the right person).  

Internal Sales / Customer Service Responsibilities include:

  • Quoting on daily enquiries plus adjusting quotations;
  • Answering incoming calls and other sales related calls;
  • Providing first class customer and BDM support;
  • Providing accurate and detailed information and following-up as promised;
  • Understand the product configuration; its benefits, the client’s needs in various situations and communicate these benefits to prospective end-users;
  • Participate in meetings, including the monthly Sales meetings;
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by: providing product & technical phone support; after-sales follow-up; coordinating visits for field-based BDM’s; assist customers to resolve issues; interacting with other team members;
  • Other duties as required.

  What you will bring:

  • A willingness to learn technical skills required in this role (HVAC products);
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Experience negotiating with decision makers and influences to help secure orders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Strong computer skills – quoting and CRM programs desirable.

  Qualifications:

  • A Certificate or Diploma or some type of formal training/qualification in Customer Service/Contact (can be an in-house training program)
  • A Business qualification or similar will be highly regarded
